Lock Transport is a transport company with a rich history, located in Hardinxveld – Giessendam since 1931.
From our new and modern building we arrange all kinds of high service transports. From short trips within the borders to longer trips throughout Europe and even beyond. Lock Transport has a large variety in equipment and is therefore always able to meet up to the standards and requests of our customers.
Daily we have 40 trucks on the Dutch and European roads, all on their way to make and keep our clients happy. We hold a high esteem to a high level of service, professionalism and loyalty to our customers.

Container transport width possibility to load and unload
At Lock Transport, we often carry out container transport with a truck with a truck-mounted crane. This allows us not only to transport your container, but also to load and unload in a safe and accurate manner. This can simply be provided by our driver, who is experienced and knowledgeable in the field of transport, also at all times in possession of the diploma ‘crane operator with lifting function’. This means you can count on the fact that both the transport and the activities concerning loading and unloading your container is carried out with the right expertise.
